How long we keep your data

  • Active applications: We retain your data while your application is in progress and for 12 months after completion, so you can return if needed.
  • Purchased documents: We retain records of purchased documents for 7 years to comply with legal and accounting requirements.
  • Marketing communications: We retain your contact details until you unsubscribe.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
